Materials, quality & collections
Red Dot Jewels specialises in Indian and Asian bridal and occasion jewellery, earrings, necklaces, chokers, naths (nose rings), maang tikkas, kaleeras, bangles, payal (anklets), and full coordinated bridal sets. Collections are designed for every wedding ceremony: mehendi, baraat, reception, engagement, and bridesmaid occasions.
Most pieces are crafted using high-quality alloy metals finished in gold or silver plating, adorned with kundan stones, polki-style settings, enamel work, or semi-precious stones. Pieces do not contain real gold or diamonds unless explicitly stated on the product listing.
We take care to use materials that minimise skin reactions, but individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy, please contact us before purchasing and we will advise on the specific materials used in your chosen piece.

Yes. Red Dot Jewels gift cards are available to purchase on the website in a range of denominations. They make a thoughtful gift for brides, bridal parties, or any jewellery lover and can be redeemed against any product online.
We can accommodate amendments and cancellations only before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page if changes are needed. Once dispatched, the order falls under our standard 14-day returns policy.

UK & international delivery
Yes, free standard delivery is available on all UK orders over £50. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.
Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days from the dispatch date. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed, subject to stock availability.
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders generally arrive within 5–14 business days depending on the country.
Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are set by local customs authorities, Red Dot Jewels has no control over them. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Pre-ordered items are dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the order date. If your basket contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are ready unless you contact us to request a partial shipment.

Our 14-day return promise
Red Dot Jewels offers a 14-day return policy, we are proud to be the UK's only Asian jeweller with this guarantee. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us before initiating a return.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide the returns address and walk you through the next steps.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If an earring arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Items purchased in our sale or clearance section may not be eligible for a return or exchange unless they are faulty. Please check the product page or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about a specific item's return eligibility.

Keeping your jewellery beautiful
Like all plated jewellery, pieces may tarnish over time with prolonged exposure to moisture, perfume, or sweat. Storing each piece correctly and avoiding contact with liquids significantly extends its lifespan and keeps it looking its best.
Store each piece individually in the dust bag provided to prevent scratching. Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and humid environments. Do not stack pieces together loosely, as stones and settings can catch on each other.
Gently wipe pieces with a soft, dry lint-free cloth after wearing. Avoid water, jewellery cleaning solutions, ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive cloths as these can remove the plating or dislodge stone settings. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or applying perfume and hairspray.
