Who We Are
Red Dot Jewels is a UK-based South Asian jewellery brand founded in 2011 by Shalini Gupta Patel. We specialise in handcrafted Indian-inspired jewellery — spanning bridal sets, pret (ready-to-wear) pieces, red carpet designs, and bespoke commissions — made from high-quality metals, gemstones, and pearls, with every piece handmade in India.
Our London store is located at 201 Marsh Road, Pinner, and we ship globally.
What We Do
At Red Dot Jewels, our philosophy is simple: South Asian women should not have to choose between heritage craftsmanship and contemporary style — or pay fine jewellery prices to get both. We offer an accessible alternative to fine jewellery that holds nothing back on design, detail, or quality.
Our collections cover the full occasion spectrum: from elaborate bridal jewellery sets for Indian, Pakistani, and South Asian weddings to lighter everyday and festive pieces. We work across traditional and contemporary aesthetics, catering to the modern woman who moves fluidly between multiple wardrobes and cultural contexts.
Our Story
Red Dot Jewels launched in December 2011. Within our first month, we were selected for the cover of Asiana Bridal Magazine — one of the UK's most prestigious South Asian bridal publications. Since then, we have featured on the covers of every major Asian bridal publication in the UK.
We were also invited to participate in the launch of the Mughal Exhibition at the British Library, a reflection of our deep connection to Indian jewellery heritage and craftsmanship.
In addition to our own curated collections, our store has carried work from some of the UK's most respected jewellery designers, including Azuni and Pomegranate, alongside designers sourced directly from India.
